Workshop Mail-in Registration

Writers' Workshop Registration is $430.00
($400.00+ $30.00 Florida State sales tax)
If you are registered or pre-registered for the Seminar, you get the package price of $725.63 for the Seminar and Workshop.
Our cancellation and refund policies.
A $100.00 deposit will hold your place. (Refundable if you are not accepted into either workshop of your choice). Balance Due by September 1, 2000.
To register, please fill out this form and print it out. Then mail it to the address at the bottom of the page along with a check or money order for at least $100.00 payable to: Key West Literary Seminar.
(Depending on the workshop you choose, you may be required to submit the items below by mail.)
- A sample of your writing (if requested in the workshop description).
- A brief statement of your interest and background.

Cancellation and Refund policies
- Totals include 7.5% Florida sales tax.
Up to Sept. 1, 2000, all fees paid are refundable less a $100 administrative charge.
- After September 1, 2000, fees are 50% refundable with a legitimate excuse, or applicable to our 2002 seminar, less $100 cancellation fee.
